Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from Ireland or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We either use second class post, first class post or carrier. Woodmill cannot be held responsible for the postage or carriers system. We will provide consignment details and tracking numbers on request. You are required to check your order upon receipt to make sure of no damage. If you sign it to say it is received in good condition you will have no comeback for loss or damage.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver stock items to you within 4 to 5 business days . International orders are generally received in approximately 28 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Most products come with manufacturers 12 months guarantee. It does not cover abuse or misuse of product.

Returns Policy
If the product you have ordered is the wrong size, we will gladly replace it as long as it is unused and in the same condition as new. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and the costs involved.
If you are returning faulty or damaged goods, please follow the above procedure enclosing a copy of your receipt and we will gladly replace or refund.
Non warranty returns will be charged a postage fee.
Remittance Terms
All goods remain the property of Woodmill until paid in full.
